| Welcome to the Swingin' P Ranch. We are located
35 miles NW of Fort Worth between the towns of Springtown, Azle, & Boyd.
We started out in 1996 with 53 beautiful acres of Coastal hay. In
1998 we purchased 5 more acres of adjoining land that had a nice Cedar
home with some small out buildings and small barns. Since then we
have been lucky enough to have more adjoining land come up for sale
around us and now we are up to 148 acres.

| As our ranch grew, so did our herd of Black Angus
cattle. We now have 60+ head of cattle. We have our own
working pens, chutes, and scales to work the cattle and keep all the
calves weighed, tagged and tattooed. We have young bulls and

| In order to supply water to the cattle we had various
stock tanks built. This is a photo of our latest and largest tank.
When it fills up it will be over 4 acres in size. We have
stocked all of the tanks with Catfish, Bass, and Blue Gill which makes
for a great day of fishing.

| We also raise Welsh ponies. Pictured above are our 2 Welsh/Paint mares and 1 of our 2003 Welsh foals. We will have 3 more foals due this spring. We have mares, yearlings, and foals for sale. | ||
